Property Sourcing Agent wasn’t something I planned — it started because landlords needed help.
While running my estate agency, I kept getting handed landlords who’d bought through sourcing agents that gave them poor advice — bad locations, unrealistic numbers, and no support. They asked me to step in, fix the issues, and manage the properties properly.
That first landlord became my first sourcing client – and that’s where everything changed.
